THE FUTURE SUIT

“The Future Suit” is a project about the nearby future. The suit protects people from the dangers of the future, like radiation and climate change. The aluminium foil blocks the radiation caused by mobile phones. The special pocket in front will protect others from your own mobile phone radiation.

 The suit is also resistant to the new climate; heat and rain. The nano coating will keep the fabric dry. The extra wide sleeves and pipes will provide ventilation. The colour light blue of the fabric also has the function of cooling the body. My inspiration for this suit were a Nuclear and a Rain suit. I used elements of these suits in my collages and moulages. I combined those designs and created this final design.
